Snappy allows users to receive notifications about time-sensitive offers (such as happy hours and lunch specials) from nearby venues.
Eligibility: You must confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your location if you wish to receive notifications from venues serving alcohol. No minimum age requirement applies for other non-alcohol-related offers.
Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Conduct
We aim to create a positive and beneficial environment for all users. By using Snappy, you agree:
- Not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Not to spam or abuse venue notifications.
- Not to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Service.
3. Age Verification for Alcohol-Related Venues
To receive notifications from bars or venues serving alcohol, you must verify that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most locations, 21+ in the USA). Alcohol-related venues will be disabled by default, and you must explicitly confirm your age to access notifications from these venues.
This age verification requirement only applies to alcohol-related offers.
4. Location Data
Snappy may use your location data to provide relevant notifications for nearby venue offers. By enabling location services, you consent to Snappy using your location data for these purposes.
You can manage your location settings in your device settings.
5. Content and Accuracy
The offers and promotions shared through Snappy are provided by individual venues. While we strive to connect you to high-quality offers, we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any promotions.
Venues are responsible for their content and its accuracy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications or inaccuracies in venue promotions.
7. Changes to Service
Snappy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will attempt to notify users of significant changes where possible.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Snappy if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. If terminated, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU and Bulgaria specifically. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
